Our mission at Yi's Korean Beef Soup Restaurant is twofold: to provide a consistently quick and nutritious meal to all, and to promote awareness of Korean foods. We believe our soup helps us achieve that; our 20-hour cooking method brings out the rich traditional flavor of seolleongtang and retains nutrients, including collagen, protein, and electrolytes, for the enjoyment of our customers.

Yi's Korean Beef Soup Restaurant opened its first store in Federal Way, WA, and has been successfully operating under the guidance of the Yi Brothers since 2021. Our customers find great comfort and satisfaction in the quality of our product and service. Due to our success, we are excited to expand our operations by bringing Yi's Korean Beef Soup Restaurant to Centreville, Virginia.
